At an Assets & Open Spaces meeting last week, councillors decided to dismantle the Under 8s play area on the Recreational Ground as it was deemed unsafe. The outside team will be removing the play equipment this week.
The council are looking into funding options, which will include S106 money from Breckland District Council, to replace this play area as soon as possible.
All council meetings are open to the public and there is time on the agenda for members of the public, who are attending the meetings in person, to address the Town Council.
