Please note: All hirers are required to provide evidence of Public Liability Insurance and will need to undertake a short safety tour from a member of our staff prior to your booking.
Town Hall Upper Chamber
The Council Chamber is a large furnished room with the capacity of seating up to 50 people in rows, 30 seated around tables and up to 100 people standing. A kitchen area is available, and refreshments can be arranged.
All in one video conference is available using the inbuilt Logitech Rally Bar, Logitech Rally Mic Pods, projector and screen.
The space is ideal for meetings, training and any other gatherings.
Please note the Town Hall is not licensed for weddings.



Swaffham Town Council Land

Swaffham Town Council own several plots of land which are available for hire, the Recreation Ground, Buttercross, Campingland and the War Memorial.
