Swaffham Town Council is consulted on all planning applications submitted to the Planning authority, Breckland District Council.

Applications are considered at the Town Council’s Town Planning meetings. These meetings are held in public and residents are able to attend to speak on planning applications if they are on the agenda for that meeting.
