We’re pleased to announce the launch of our new Dementia Café, taking place on the first Wednesday of every month, from 10:00 am to 12:00 midday in the Dickens Rooms at Swaffham Community Centre.
The Dementia Café offers a welcoming and supportive space for people living with dementia, their families, friends, and carers to meet, share experiences, and enjoy a cup of tea together.
