As we head into autumn, we’ve got old favourites and new socials to keep you busy, including a new creative social in Norwich! (Please note some days/times of socials have changed, so please check before heading out!) Remember, all our socials are open to anyone 16+. You do not need to be registered with NHS Norfolk and Waveney Talking Therapies, just turn up at one of our socials where one of our friendly Community Team will welcome you in. Whether it’s a coastal or town walk, café meet up or D&D session, we’d love to meet you!
