Kiosk at the Shambles – Opportunity to Rent

A small kiosk unit, formerly Sue’s News, is available for rent at the Shambles.

Interested parties are invited to submit proposals to the Town Clerk. All applications will be reviewed by Town Councillors at the Annual Meeting in May. The Council reserves the right not to accept any application.

Applications are welcome from charities, community groups, and commercial organisations. The Council welcomes applications from all sectors and will assess proposals on their merits. Rent will be determined on a case-by-case basis, having regard to the proposed use and community benefit.

The Town Council is currently undertaking improvements to this area, with a planning application under consideration by Breckland District Council. A decision is expected by mid-June. Subject to planning approval, the unit will be available from mid-July, allowing time for the Council to complete the planned upgrades.
