Residents of all ages are invited to come together for a free Community Tai Chi Practice on Saturday 15 August 2026, raising support for Swaffham Rugby Club.
The event will take place from 10:00am to 11:00am at Campingland, Swaffham, and is open to everyone, regardless of age, fitness level or previous experience.
Organised by Academy Tai Chi, the session will focus on gentle movement, mindful breathing and community wellbeing, offering participants an opportunity to experience the physical and mental benefits of Tai Chi in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Alongside the practice session, visitors can enjoy a charity raffle, with a range of prizes on offer. Suggested donations will be gratefully received, with all contributions helping to support the ongoing work of Swaffham Rugby Club.
The event aims to bring people together through movement and mindfulness while strengthening community connections and supporting a valued local organisation.
