Twilight Markets Bring Music, History & Magic to the Town Centre

Swaffham Town Council is thrilled to announce the launch of the Twilight Markets, a brand-new series of evening markets designed to bring something fresh and exciting to the Town Centre. Thanks to Love Your Market funding of £2,695 from Norfolk County Council and Breckland Council, these events are set to showcase local traders, food and drink stalls, artisan goods and a programme of live entertainment.

Friday 26th June 2026 – Mime and Magician
Kick off the first Twilight Market of the season with a mime and magician, alongside local food and drink stalls, artisan crafts and family-friendly entertainment to start the summer evenings in style.

Friday 31st July 2026 – Live Music
Enjoy the sights and sounds of Swaffham with live music performances, local traders, interactive activities and a lively evening atmosphere for all ages.

Friday 28th August 2026 – Dad’s Army – We are awaiting confirmation
Step back in time with a Dad’s Army-themed market evening, featuring themed performances, food and artisan stalls and fun family entertainment.

Friday 25th September 2026 – Living History by West Acre Theatre
Experience history brought to life with living history performances delivered by West Acre Theatre, alongside local traders, food stalls and a vibrant evening market atmosphere.
